The whole working with others to help me on this weight loss etc. journey is helping, involved the doctor in the whole process this week and we spoke about the simple (yet oh so hard) system of eat less, exercise more.
Lost three pounds in my first proper week (only 57 to go), but haven't been quite so good since but my schedule's been all up in the air this week so I get it. Will be being good for the rest of today and for the rest of the week in fact bar Thursday night. (Going out for a three course Chinese meal for our first wedding anniversary - yay!)
Off to pick some hedgerow blackberries now that will be split between apple and blackberry crumbles/sponges and just freezing/eating them. Yum!
