Do the liberals hate Benedict?

Found this column very good, it's from our national paper. It is sad how it comments on the lack of stance by the Church of England - how very true and how very sad. The Roman Catholic church may be often criticised but I really admire how it has stood up internationally for its beliefs, whilst I may not always be agreement with its dogma, I am usually on the exact same wavelength of its many criticised comments. Thank God for the Pope and RC church not backing down in the face of media criticism and "new" sinful thinking.
