This morning I ate . . .
1 peach
1 1/2 pears
2 slices watermelon
2 slices melon
2 mandarin oranges
1 kiwi
1 glass watermelon juice
1 glass orange juice
4 tbsp porridge oats
2 1/2 slices brown baguette bread
1 wee dish of honey
It's been two hours since brekky - no wonder I'm hungry!!
