Sorry this is late going up, meant to get it ip on Friday past - time for another accountability session - my diet is much improved this week in terms of healthful content but alas still full of the bad stuff too.
Week 7 - 13 st 1 lb or 183 lbs
Week 8.5 - 13 st 1 lb or 183 lbs
Thought I'd weigh-in at eight-and-a-half weeks as my next weigh-in won't be until ten weeks because of our holiday. Hopefully it won't show a (much) bigger number!
