It was time this morning to face the music as to my holiday food indulgences - I ate very healthily except for some gummy sweets but I also ate A LOT! But I lost!!!!
Week 8.5 - 13 st 1 lb or 183 lbs
Week 10 - 12 st 13 lbs or 181 lbs
So not only a loss but I reached my first weight loss goal! So on Wednesday morning I'll be renewing my ki-fit to aid my journey on. I'm almost back to where I was last year before I gained due to pregnancy - hooray! It's really helping that I'm now completely off dairy including chocolate as well as a multitude of other things, not for weight loss but to help ease my wee Bundle's immature digestion. It can only help to try after all. Here's to a week of figuring out my new diet and trying to map Bundle's rhythm so I can ease us both into more of a routine. FYI Bundle's only really up once a night now as by his next feed it's simply early morning, around 6/7 - hooray for more sleep!
