Last week Kris @ Eclipsed had challenged us to Do or Do Not:
1. Share one of your favorite healthy recipes.
2. Add to your regular workout routine exercises designed to increase your flexibility.
But I did neither - why - because work-outs have gone by the way-side with my current crazy work schedule and well I'd have a go now at the healthy recipe - but I'm pretty sure no one else would want to eat most of the healthy concotions I dream up - even I don't want to eat them half the time!
So sorry Kris I'm opting out from last week altogether - this week the Do or Do Not challenges are:
1. Totally change up your routine this week.
2. Encourage someone via email or phone this week
For my excuses as to why I'm not doing #1 see above!
Checked off number two by emailing my accountability partner and when I opened up my email I actually found an encouraging email from her! Not weight loss related but just pure loveliness - she's an absolute dote! I only hope my words were a quarter as encouraging as her own. Thanks Ines!
