(Box up leftovers for freezing)
W (Hubby late shift - Me split shift - Open House)
DH - freezer meal x2
Me - beans on toast/soup
Th (Hubby early shift - Me split shift - Us surprise 80th birthday party)
DH - freezer meal
Me - beans on toast
Us - pizza, chips and veg
F (Hubby late shift - Me afternoon only)
DH - freezer meal x2
Me - salmon and veg omelette/soup
(Prep small chicken in slow cooker and bake a batch of my frozen dough cookies)
Sa (Hubby early shift - Me morning only)
(Pull apart chicken, make chicken curry, make chicken stock in slow cooker, make pot of rice with extra to freeze, box up chicken curry for freezing)
DH - freezer meal/chicken curry and rice
Me - salmon and veg omelette/chicken and mayo sandwiches
Su (Church)
(Put chicken stock in fridge to cool and harden fat for removal for dog/Make chicken couscous soup)
Us - pink salmon and mayo sandwiches with salad
Us - chicken couscous soup (box up and freeze extra portions)
Yummy!
