The Light-hearted
So for those of you not UK-based the character of Lauren Cooper will be unknown, she is a comedy character of Catherine Tate - a rather funny woman who plays everything from teenager Lauren to Gran to the weird office worker. Her sketches can at times be vulgar and worrying but Lauren is the ultimate teenager you'd never want to have or teach. She speaks unclearly, is cheeky and is clearly just bored in the classroom cos she's too clever.
I've included two more original sketches (Spittin' Lyrics and the Periodic Table), along with the spin-offs featuring our ex-prime minister Tony Blair, the previous Doctor Who and accaladed Shakespearian actor David Tennant and another from Lauren's French class which show the progression of the sketch away from the original.
