Menu Plan Monday #2

A new week, a new menu . . . well almost, I'm still cheating and just putting down "freezer meal" instead of specifics, check-out the rest at Organising Junkie.

Due to our schedules the only meal I'm actively cooking for my Hubs this week is Sunday lunch (I'm cooking for my folks and my sis and BIL too - though I won't actually be able to eat any of it myself since I'm allergic to many of the ingredients - joy).

That meal will hopefully be a Moroccan style chicken and couscous banquet.

Hubs is cooking for me on Weds night (his choice of food) and we'll get takeout on Friday and Saturday due to social/work commitments on those evenings.

I bulk cook and freeze ahead so I promise I'm not making the sweet man do all the work, just all the reheating as the rest of his meals will be "freezer meals" or leftovers of such or packed lunch items.

Freezer meals covers everything from soups and stews through lasagne and soy mince experiments (which he enjoyed with a pile of salsa mixed in - he hadn't even noticed the lack of meat til I pointed it out).
